My second card has a scored border and also uses ribbon scraps.

First, score a 1/4" border on all sides. Sponge edges. Then start with a piece of 3 x 4 patterned paper and cut a "V" in the bottom to create a wide flag. Punch a flower shape in the flag and turn it over to the back side. Add Scor-Tape around the edges of the punched out shape. Layer ribbons over the opening until it is completely covered. Tie another ribbon around the top and attach the flag to the card front with additional Scor-Tape. Finish the flower with a button threaded with May Arts twine. butterfly card: stamps- Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps- Be Encouraged; paper- Crumb Cake, white; ink- SU!
