Now for today's projects from Scor-pal Designer Lisa Andrews
Supplies:
two white lunch bags
Scor-Pal
Scor-Tape
Doodlebug Ladybug Garden Collection
Start with two white paper lunch bags and score them in the middle. Make sure that you alternate the top and bottom so that you have a variety of pages.
Next fold them into a book then take your Crop-a-dile and punched three holes on the edge to create a binding on your book. (I used eyelets to give it more stability and coordinating baker's twine from Doodlebug to create colorful accents.)
Now decorate the pages and have fun!
My Honey page slips into one of tops of the bags.
The ladybug page is also a slip in page.
What a fantastic album!! Love it!!

ReplyDeleteI THINK that I heard about Scor Pal first at a scrapbooking/craft show. I love all the things that can be made with it.
ReplyDeleteI am relatively new to scoring myself. I knew all about for it years, done a little here and there in classes, but didn't use it much on my own until this past week on the online Core'dinations Crop. Then I happened to follow Lori Allred on Pinterest and My Craft Channel and saw her "Scor-Iffic" episode just now and that brought me here to you, Scor-Pal! I love all the projects. I could very easily get hooked on scoring now. Thank you for the chance to win a scor-pal! That would definitely make my new attempts at scoring projects easier!
ReplyDeleteVery cute!

ReplyDeleteWhen I started reading crafty blogs it seemed every time I saw an amazing folded card or a project with neat scoring patterns it involved Scor-Pal. Probably about two years ago when I got into paper crafting...

ReplyDeleteSuper cute paper bag album using the Scor-Pal, and adorable Doodlebug products. I was first introduced to Scor-Pal years ago by Splitcoast Stampers. When I first saw their tutorials using it, I was IN LOVE! Shortly thereafter, I attended a Stamp show where there was a demo table using it. I shared with the ladies sitting with me the Scor-Pal website, and all the projects available. They all jotted down the web address with so much excitement.
ReplyDeleteVery nice album--so unique!
ReplyDeleteI heard about Scor-Pal on the tv.

ReplyDeleteI first heard about you on Doodlebug blog :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! At first I thought you did something with the bottom of the bags but this makes it even simpler. It would make a great little gift book.
ReplyDeleteThe first I'd ever heard of Scor-Pal was at my sister's vacation house. I had wanted a scoring tool and asked her what she used, whereby she produced her little Scor-Buddy from her mini-stash of crafting products that she keeps at the vacation house. She told me she kept her bigger Scor-Pal with the main stash at her year-round home. I thought it was the best scoring tool of all the ones I had seen and still do!
